I think as founders, I think they need resilience. Resilience is not something that in my opinion you can teach. I think it’s something that comes through your life experiences, but I think they need to have some resilience because not every day or every week is going to be the same as the previous week. There might be the peaks and troughs that you’re going to have as part of life, also happens in business life. So, I think resilience is key.
