For May the Founder presentation will be from STEPHEN LAWRENCE, CO-FOUNDER, BRUNSWICK ACES who will share his startup journey and will cover the lessons he has learned along the way.
Stephen Lawrence is the CEO and co-founder of Brunswick Aces, a botanical distiller from Melbourne producing the worlds first distilled drinks that come in both alcoholic (Gin) and non-alcoholic (Sapiir) options. Stephen developed the process to produce Sapiir with his co-founders in their garages in Brunswick, a product that is now developing demand around the world. Stephen has a masters degree in engineering and also co-developed the renewable chemical Furacell process while at Circa Group, another Melbourne based startup. Stephen is a snowsports enthusiast and now has to settle with making furniture, not moonshine, in his garage.
