Passionate about reducing chronic stress before it turns into a mental health crisis, Philia Labs aims to save money and lives.

By creating a world-first digital biomarker in a medical grade wearable, they aim to painlessly and effortlessly monitor stress levels. The data will be collected, processed and stored in a cloud-based algorithm that plots a continuous feed which is then easily accessible to individuals, clinicians and organisations.

Philia Labs has joined our EI Alumni as of February 2022, moving onto a different location that will ultimately enable ongoing expansion. Dilpreet Buxi, Cofounder, has been a part of the coworking community and EI Tribe since 2017 and, Eastern Innovation has had the pleasure to watch Philia Labs grow, develop and thrive over the years.

During their time onsite they:

• reorganised the roles of their core team of 6 people
• appointed Gyan Barik as CEO
• raised $525k in investor and government grant fundings
• installed a Quality Management System
• defined largely the product requirements for the product kit and made one invention disclosure
