We offer a flexible platform of spaces including offices/suites, labs, workstations and co-working desks for entrepreneurs with innovative ideas or companies with future-focussed business plans. This membership is available on a monthly basis with no lock-in contract and includes a mail handling service, listing on our members’ website, free time in our meeting spaces for teamwork, client meetings or to work alongside our community network of like-minded people.  Find your tribe, develop your product and grow your venture.

Flexible spaces at the centre are available as a License Agreement on a month-by-month basis. Payments are charged for the month in advance via debit card through a Proximity Space account which we will setup for you upon your successful application. Your expression of interest is subject to an interview and will be reviewed by our Board. See Terms and Conditions.
Your Membership includes fast internet and flexible options including printing, video conferencing, presentation equipment and more. Tell us your technology needs.
Please let us know if we can contact any of your staff or venture partners if you are unavailable.
To comply with Monash Council requirements (the buidings are their asset), a license to utilise the many zones at EI must be accompanied by Public Liability Insurance with a minimum value of $10 million. In addition, we also recommend that you organise Contents Insurance for anything of value that you may keep onsite. We will require that you provide a copy of your PL Certificate every year of your tenancy. Please upload your current copy below.
