Andi will talk about keeping the needs of staff at the forefront, while ensuring service delivery is maintained at the highest levels, as well as methods used to keep staff engaged and motivated.

Andi has been at the helm of Monash as CEO since 2012.  She was previously CEO of Yarra City Council for four years.  Andi is a current Board Member of Respect Victoria, a former President of the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board and a former member of the St John Ambulance Victoria Board.

She holds a BA in Social Work and a Master of Business Administration, a Doctorate of Business and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
