Facilitated Board Meetings
Global Advisory Program Board Meetings are prepared for and facilitated by experts to ensure the smooth running of each meeting. This facilitator, similar to a Chair in a fiduciary Board, ensures that the meetings are run to time and as smoothly as possible. They ensure that the advisors are prepared prior to the meeting and bring everyone together and ensure everyone is held accountable for the commitments they make.
In the Global Advisory Program Board Meetings, the facilitator is neutral.

The Global Advisory program Team consists of a Facilitator, Executive Coach and Record Keeper.
You’ll want to meet the Team before you commit to the Program to be certain of a perfect match.
Deep Dive
The Deep Dive begins with a detailed questionnaire for you to complete.
It asks questions relating to all aspects of your company, business, product (or service) and team.
The Deep Dive is more than a data gathering exercise to determine the needs of the company.
Advisor Matching
The Global Advisory Team sources the best advisors from across the globe to meet your advisory needs.
A minimum of three and maximum of five advisors will be presented for your approval (depending on the length of your program).
Monthly Meetings
The Program begins at the first Advisory Board Meeting.
A minimum of four monthly meetings are conducted per Program.
You may choose to extend the program with the same, or new advisors.
