1. Two new events spaces that will wow your attendees

Meeting Room 7 in the Tom Morrissey building  seats 8 plus the presenter in boardroom  style. It has a beautiful outlook, an external entrance and comfortable chairs. In CovidSafe peace of mind, it has its own tea/coffee/water station and a dedicated bathroom for you and your guests use. $35 per hour with additional cool-tech for hybrid meetings available to hire.

The Active Zone Event Space holds up to 80 guests, CovidSafe. It has an external entrance and funky décor with break-out booths. You can host larger groups safely its own tea/coffee/water station and a dedicated bathroom for you and your guests use. $100 per hour with screens for presentation included and additional cool tech for hybrid meetings available to hire.

2. Flexibility without Penalty

We’ll move your dates flexibly to suit our Covid-unsure environment. If one of your clients is unwell or Covid intervenes, we’ll flexibly move your dates to another day and time – right up to the day of the event – with no penalty.

3. Cool hybrid meeting tech is ready to go

A 60 inch monitor, DSLR camera and professional Rhode microphone makes it easy for you to include online guests at your events. You might wish to dial in the guru of your industry from places far away, or include team from interstate or overseas.

Telepresence robots make it easy for a guest to dial in and attend your sessions. They’re fun and modern. They’ll make your brand look cool! Hire prices apply.

4. EICOVIDSAFE

We’re exceptionally CovidSafe. We will disinfect the space before you use it and give you extra to use on the day and our cleaning team disinfect all touchpoints in the middle of every day. We have handsfree temperature testing machines. The space has an external door to allow fresh air to circulate. We are committed to your safety and the safety of our onsite clients – you only have to tell us what you need to feel great and we’ll make it happen.
